I think the term "roles significantly reduced" is used for those

folks that turned down a 50% buyout in exchange for an immediate release and immediate ability to pursue other opportunities. Folks that turned down that offer will continue to get paid, but will be removed from on-air responsibilities. I'm guessing downside is that they may not be as familiar a name when they pursue their next opportunity in a year or two.
