I pretty much guarantee the host is no longer driving.

It's just too dangerous, plus the accident in Canada that killed a pedestrian last year(though not during production).

I'll bet you it is a self-driving car this time, or it would have to be one of those towed rigs they use in the movie, thus getting rid of all the surprise... which was so much of the fun.
