The guy should do 3-7 years for being so stupid. The deputy should lose

her job. I don't know what you could charge the onlookers w/but they certainly could've reacted better. If it was only to walk away to diffuse the situation, it would have been better. The biker dude & girl shouting that it was illegal to record sound drunk. I'd like to know if the guy using the chokehold & deputy had been drinking? Were they even checked? Whatever the outcome, it shouldn't be more than 5-7 years, jail time. It wasn't premeditated. The dead guy was apparently the initial aggressor at least as I understood the situation.
