Is that because he isn't a big fan of Twitter?

I guess I am trying to figure out whether that is because he doesn't like tweeting regularly or because he might be cautious what he does or doesn't tweet out. For example I didn't think coaches are allowed to talk about a recruit until he/she signed the LOI. If either JUCO hasn't signed their LOI or all the paperwork hasn't cleared (for whatever reason), then maybe he can't talk about them.
