Holy Crap...a guy I hung out with a lot 20 years ago was murdered

last summer. I'm just hearing about it because he was an 'in the moment' friend, not a 'lifelong' type of one that you always keep in touch with. Still shocking. Also matters that I'm back in the town where I knew him after being away for 18 years or so.

I just happened to see a news clip that the jury selection was beginning for the accused killers.

And the accused?

His wife (who I knew when they first met; they were getting divorced now 20 years later), her boyfriend (who I also knew because he was one of the victims best friends 20 years ago) and 2 of his sons, one of whom I met when he was between 0 and 2 ish.

Geez!
