Does that basically mean a rogue ad programmer could take over the web?


If someone wanted to bring a large portion of the web browsing traffic on the 'net to a screeching halt, couldn't they just program multiple hostile ads like this and distribute them far and wide? I can't think of a single website that doesn't host ads these days.
