Volunteers are not allowed to make a salary from the athletic dept and...

... cannot recruit unless they are working a camp. Most power 5 volunteers make a good living working camps and showcases. Typically a peer 5 head coach makes enough money they will turnover all the camp money to volunteer and assts. some will make $40-50k or more
