Seen in the Clarke Co or northern part of I-81 (even north of the I-66 turnoff) I think.

Fine effort there, I guessing it even had to pass some computer scans too, found a nice little hole.

Yeah, sure maybe there is a Bob Evans and his friend Jay, or Jay likes Bob Evans the restaurant, but methinks he/she got one over on the Commonwealth of Virginia.
