That is NOT why.. That far out, they are not visible due to the curvature -


of the earth and if they built them there, you can bet they follow the prevailing trade winds (as do migratory birds)..NOW, I'm not sure birds would be out that far migrating so they may be spared mostly, but prevailing trade winds would be typical of where they place them.

There is a cool wind farm that you can see in western MD from the Interstate (one of you NOVA types will have to tell me which one runs into Columbia MD and into WVA to MorganholeI think they are pretty cool looking actually
