Grayson state park is at 5000' It'll get down to the 60's at night


even now in July. Sure, middle of the day it's going to be hot b/c of the sunshine. But that's kinda why I head there in July. Even FF at not the same altitude has good sleeping weather in July. (counting on it.)

There are open areas around Mt Rogers so bring a broad rimmed hat. It's funny b/c the area kinda (just a little) reminds me of being out west a little.
