How else can they lock in viewers? I mean that sincerely


They've paid billions of dollars for a league that's increasingly regionally focused. Their only hope is to find a superstar/"face of the game" and lock on to him in the hopes of attracting casual viewers. I guess that's annoying? Although unless you're a Red Sox or Yankees fan not sure why else you'd be watching the ESPN broadcast of a mid-July game.

It just feels like everyone wants to find something wrong/annoying with ESPN to pick at these days.
