Is it a cluster (lockable) mailbox? or easy for anyone walking by to open?


Was probably just mis-delivered, and the wrong recipient opened it. But keep an eye on your charges (preferably online) and see if something wrong pops up. As long as you notify the bank immediately, you shouldn't be charged for it.

Do any merchants have that number on file? i.e. would it be a big hassle to notify everyone of the new number if you asked the bank for a new card?
