Yikes, Lithuanian man arrested locally using stolen credit card info at ATM

Police officers found tools for getting into gas pumps where a device can be placed that allows them to capture credit card info, after which they made fake credit cards to get cash from various places. Report said others were arrested near Raleigh on same day for same thing. Had already procured a boatload of cash.
