I lived in SC (Rock Hill) for 29 years and am well aware of the fervent fan base of USC-e. In fact it used to baffle me when they would struggle to reach .500 and Williams-Brice would still be packed every weekend. When Clemson hit a rough patch in the 90's with 8-4 seasons and such you could hear crickets chirping in their stadium. Didn't know they were doing so well in recruiting but I don't think Muschamp can translate that into on field performance - just isn't in the Gamecocks DNA to be consistent winners.
