Ran from the house to the University of Northern Virginia Community College


to pick up some books for a class I'm taking. It's about a 5 mile run. As I'm getting closer I decide to take this brilliant short cut (or so I thought) to avoid running up a massive hill and to get to the bookstore quicker. Being the moron I am I forgot that my new place is on a different side of the campus from my old one so this brilliant short cut ended up adding two miles to my run.

Eventually I got to the bookstore only to learn that they had cancelled my online order and the books were no longer available. Yes! I ran home bookless, incredibly tired, and wondering what the point of higher education really is.
