and I think even a few "country" members, I guess pop works. Although I can see why it may not work given that pop is its own genre of music.

Sometimes I think it would be better to just combine all the genres and call it the Music Hall of Fame. Cleveland and Nashville could keep their buildings and rotate exhibits between the buildings. In fact other buildings could be built in cities (i.e. New Orleans, St. Louis, Chicago, Memphis, NYC, LA, Seattle, etc) that were important in the development of music in this country. All the buildings would have the same plague listing all the inductees with their year and they would just rotate the exhibits among the buildings.
