Buzz would help team Buzz and team VT by not flirting with so many jobs. The better Buzz recruits, the more more VT will win. The more wins the more more you write your own ticket as a coach.
Unless you really want to consider another job its all downside for the coach and the current program to allow yourself to be linked to the opening
Thats my only gripe about Buzz
