Did not appear to be. Seemed in line with the quote given...


...prior to us mentioning the 10% off coupon. I honestly think they are actually good people....but just a little lacking in math skills. It seemed to be a genuine surprise that 5% off parts + 5% off labor =/= 10% off the total bill. I have only been to this shop a few times, but they have always struck me as honest, straight-forward folks. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that this was an honest mistake. It's a small, locally owned shop in my neighborhood, so I'd like to see them succeed.
