At the time, I was the older of 2 sibs instead of the oldest of 6. We lived in Darien, Connecticut for a year during the early 60's. We were visiting relatives in northeast PA. One older relative was on his deathbed. Instead of staying in PA for the very end, my dad decided, for whatever reason, to drive us all back to CT. That night, dad was awakened by the sound of a screen door swinging around in the wind after becoming detached from its latch. He re-latched the door, noted the time, and went back to bed. The next morning, someone back in PA called to tell us that the relative had passed during the night. Dad correctly guessed that our relative died around the time when the screen door made its racket.
