I don't get the electric argument, when huricanes have hit the US there


have been areas without power for weeks afterwards, so that is not unusual. Add in PR is an island that everything has to be shipped to by sea or air and it is a logistics nightmare. Hard to fix power lines without a bucket truck, a ton of parts and all the experts to do that kind of work. So it is going to take a good amount of time to get all services back 100%
