Haven't seen the #MeToo deal but will talk to wifey who travelled for sales for years. Could be interesting conversation. My random thoughts.

*In my business my staff is interacting with various men all day. Some have made them "uncomfortable" and I have made it a policy to make sure they are not put into those situations if possible. They know they can come to me and i will take care of it.

* I am shocked ....disturbed ...don't understand a woman putting up with some of the things I have heard and not doing something about it themselves. Silence doesn't solve the problem.

*Don't want to even go to the "women ask for it by dressing provocative" thing but one lady posted something about Men "ogling her breasts" when she was a teen. My step=grand daughter wears clothing that hangs them out there for all to see..... what would one expect???? I DON'T care to see that at all .....why do they do that??? Ditto ass hanging out.....

* In my younger days I admit I messed around in the workplace....not proud of that. Always was certain that it was consensual....but who knows.

*I've always been a cut-to-the-chase say what you want kind of guy..... would NOT put up with harassment or bullying of myself, so folks that aren't that way are hard for me to understand.
