had sex. And then it became un-willingly somwhere along the way. My problem with these types of cases, is, its always he said she said, and inevitably the Woman has the upper hand. Any woman can cry rape, and all of a sudden ruin someone, because she had regrets of some sort.

Probably shouldnt have opened your door to some random person on Tinder, no?

I edited this comment BTW. MY point still remains though. If the guy really did the crime, he should pay. But if it is he said/she said, then how much of this is the womans fault?
