Dayton, who redshirted for VT during the 2105-16 season continues his traveling ways. (For those who don't know, he attended 2 or 3 high schools in different states, including stints at notable programs, Apple Valley and Bettendorf).

Besides his year at VT, he produced a JUCO National Championship last year at Iowa Central Community College. Then it was announced he was heading to Ohio State. Maybe the McKenna transfer suddenly made that less attractive (or a scholarship never materialized) becasue that news faded away. Now he's heading to Clackamas Community College, the JUCO team he helped Iowa CCC beat for the JUCO Championship last year. That's a lot of movement. I have to think he'd benefit from sticking it out in one place instead of all this jockeying.
