Yes, I read the article and the "Here's how it works:" section


makes it sound like it should work smoothly. However, everyone is dealing with technology which can sometimes have unforeseen glitches that never get caught during testing. Also, the article didn't mention what happens with heavier packages. Will the driver(s) have to come back when the owner is home? Specifically I am referring to there may not be enough room "just inside the door" for a larger package without blocking the door from the inside. Plus, not everyone uses an alarm system when not home.
