You've been doing a lot of job hopping anyway. What's one more?

Since you're not 100% sold on the location of the offer in hand, I'd consider calling them back, laying SOME cards on the table (ie, I have an offer in hand, but might consider you depending on how fast you can move and the offer)

And then take location into account and the girlfriend too.
