There’s a difference between a cut vs chop block. One, I think is illegal


all of the time & one is only illegal off of the line of scrimmage. Someone more knowledgeable can correct me if I’m wrong or further clarify.
If the block is harmful to athletes than the rule should be changed. I also, firmly believe the NCAA doesn’t want to hurt its’ players, therefore; if they play by the rules I’m fine with it.
