Brewing a Honey Amber IPA, my 78th beer

Toffee and Caramel flavors from Grains. Sweet Floral, Spicy, Fruity, Green Tea, and Cedar flavors from Hops. 1 lb of Honey. Clean American Yeast. May add Amoretti Orange Flavoring at bottling (natural fruit, not chemical).

8% alcohol, 75 IBU's.
Ready in 6 weeks. So easy!
