Speaking of justifying themselves my dad has a house on

Buggs Island lake. The Army Corp of Engineers controls a certain distance of the shoreline. My dad had a freestanding shelter he kept a boat under. The Corps saw that the shelter was a few feet over that line and made him move it that small distance
