Yeah you’re stifling his social life by prohibiting Snapchat. But that’s your prerogative. Both my teenagers have the app. We have done lots of “coaching” on what NOT to do with it.

Yes my wife checks phones regularly with my freshman. Not anymore with my senior.

Smart phones are the devil from a parental perspective. Tough to deal with.
