I made the opposite move about 35 years ago.


Spent some time in NOVA before heading further north to Merlin.

Some things to check out in the area might include the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Appalachian Trail, and Smith Mountain Lake.

The proximity to Blacksburg has already been mentioned.
