What about Bill Walsh, Tom Coughlin, Barry Switzer, Jimmy Johnson?

If you want to go further back then you probably could include Paul Brown, Don Coryell, John Robinson, and Dick Vermeil. I am not sure whether to include Chip Kelly, Jim Harbaugh, and Mike Riley (CFL) or not.

I agree with you that most coaches don't have success in both. Hence why I asked why you thought some HCs were able to find success in both.
