Anybody having problems using Firefox on Windows 10?

After updating to Windows 10, Firefox has been a royal pain in the a$$. When trying to scroll down the page, it hesitates for a few seconds and then moves down or up depending on which way you want to scroll.

Now I am getting "This website is not secure" messages on many sites - TSL included.

I don't have this problem in IE and I tried Chrome with no problems on any sites.

Before I uninstall Firefox, I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem or knows how to fix it.
