I'm curious - is this something most of y'all are familiar with?


I'm local (the neighborhood in question is 15-20 miles away) but it's not something anyone in my immediate area has been talking about. Perhaps because it's been confined to a specific area. Very different from when I lived in Manassas and the entire DC metro area was freaked out over the snipers.
