- good location, easy access to metro, 395. 95
- much better shopping and food options than we I lived there - all pretty close
- close to Springfield mall, old town alexandria, huntley meadows park, mount vernon pkwy
- A lot of townhomes, some SFHs but seems more townhomes than anything

overall it is a good area IMO
