I've used them several times myself. Works fine.

Have them shipped to the garage you want to use. I've done this with three different garages over the years, and none have given me issues about installing a tire they didn't sell me.

Before buying from tirerack, might be worth checking what the garage would charge you for the same tire. The garage will almost certainly charge you more per tire, but sometimes the total cost might be cheaper if they can bundle the shipment with others.
