Reminds me of Obama at the Mandela eulogy


they had someone pretending to sign, the newscasters were being delicate, "we may not be familiar with their sign-language." Turned out the guy was a criminal who may have been involved in a couple "necklacings"

Overlooked, but a hugh security breach having this guy within 10 yards of the president.
