You can try out Paula Deen's restaurant. Touristy and usually a wait,


but the food is really good. I like to walk down River Street and people watch. Also like seeing the massive cargo ships going up and down the river. Can't appreciate how big those monsters are until you're up close. Tybee Island is about a 45 minute drive. Not very developed, but some stuff to see including a lighthouse that you can take to the top.

Best thing about Savannah IMO is the architecture and the squares. Very unique in that regard.
