Friend's daughter held an unauthorized party where booze was brought in and one girl had to be taken to the hospital to literally save her.

Since he had $5 million in excess liability, his only concern was her health.and recovery.

Kids do stupid things. Excess liability insurance is a must, kids or not. People fall on ice, dog bites, workmen injured. Accidents happen and lawsuits can be expensive.
