I don't usually publicize this kind of thing...


But a guy I knew in high school committed suicide on December 9th. I learned tonight that he jumped off a cliff to do it. That's not figurative.

He'd joined this silicon valley cult started by this Jim Jones type of figure. He was a state AAA tennis champion singles player in high school and played tennis at VT.

Pay attention to your loved one and intervene if you need to, even though they may resist. They may thank you afterwards. I definitely wasn't an amazing friend to Brent, but his family probably wishes someone had. I'll post the links below.
