If you set it up right, then you could be drinking constantly until the next commercial break and start the cycle over.

FWIW 'Did you know there are 2 Hallmark Channels?' Sorry it is the open it is an opening line for a commercial Hallmark runs at least 1 time during every Christmas movie to promote both channels. Both channels play Christmas movies. So if you are 'brave' or 'foolish' (take your pick) then you could toggle back and forth between the channels during your drinking game.

But on a more serious note, to keep myself from becoming an alcoholic (AA is for quitters), I tend to stick with the more common themes.

1. Lead male/female had a "bad experience" at Christmas (i.e. breakup, death, etc) that cause the person to lose the Christmas spirit.
2. A main character falls in love with the other main character who helps him/her find the Christmas spirit again.
3. A conflict of the main characters involves saving someone else's (usually a stranger) home or business at Christmas time.
4. Someone has fallen behind on the mortgage payments and the bank will take possession of the home or business on Christmas Day or day after.
5. Cameos of celebrities (i.e. Beau Bridges, Treat Williams, etc) who are no longer actively making high budget movies
