Never lived in a HOA. Yes they are needed and good, but not my cup of tea

Next stop for me is developing my retirement plot in Northern Neck in the next two years. I am blessed I was able to snag waterfront 43 acres with a point for less than 100k 15 years ago.

Gone to leave NOVA and try to get a job in Richmond. It will be 1.5 hour commute, but that is nothing up here.
