Just saw it today. I’m still trying to digest it. SPOILERS.

I don’t like the direction they took with Luke. Trying to kill your own nephew? The force projection thing was okay. For the hero of the trilogy to go out like this is a shame. Snoke? That’s it? No backstory, no nothing? Just five minutes of screen time and now he’s gone? Too many characters. SW used to be about a half dozen characters or so. There are too many in this one. And I thought the story jumped all over the place. Benecio Del Toro’s character hardly had any time. I don’t know.

I’m going to see it again next week with my ten year old nephew. I honestly don’t know if he can keep up with the story. And it still bothers me that untrained people can do things that it used to take other Jedi years to do.
