Seeking recommendations for an easy to use online photo album book

Hi - I have a 25 year reunion coming up for my old Navy squadron and was looking for any advice or recommendations from the Lounge on choosing an online photo album book that allows anyone with a password to either post photos to the album or to download photos that others have posted to the album.

I'm trying to encourage my group to scan their old deployment photos and post them for others to enjoy. Making things simple is going to be key.
