I don't usually get bread or milk at CostCo.

I only buy them a loaf/gallon at a time and I can do that up the street at Food Lion. But TP? DEFINITELY stock up on that at CostCo. That and paper towels, dog food, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soap, deodorant, fish oil, and proteins (ground beef, chicken and pork).

Oh, and canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. I don't cook with a lot of canned veggies, but canned tomatoes work very well in spaghetti sauce (and about 100 other recipes).
