Raffle off every year. You don’t win as much but it’s still a nice prize & the odds of winning are astronomically better. I actually know a guy who won it one year. I don’t even know if I’ve been in the same state as a big lottery winner. I’ve only played the lottery about 10 times but I’ve never gotten more than one number right. I balance the dissatisfaction of not winning with the satisfaction of knowing I just saved myself a huge pain in the arse.
