We use it at least once a week, wife loves it, uses more the crockpot


feature than the pressure cooker. She likes that it has a locking lid so it keeps the heat and moisture in better so food does not dry out. We have done several recipes where she puts in first thing in the morning and we eat it 10 hours later. Hit or miss on the recipe and flavor, but nothing was terrible, dried out, or uneatable.
