Same story in O'Shag. Even floors, prairie side = no heat. I was 4th floor

Spent the day across the hall. That night, went to bed with:

Lower body = underwear, shorts, sweat pants
Upper body = undershirt, long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt
Bed = sheet, normal blanket, comforter

Woke up in the morning, said "geez it's cold" and could see my breath IN THE ROOM.
