-1. How do you force someone to stay? Why would you?


it's not an NCAA rule to start with. It's an NFL rule, and as long as they have a free minor league system, they're not changing.

The only way to get someone to stay that wants to leave is to offer incentives. $$$$$$. That's not going to happen.
