I do not love beets but eat them because they're good for you


My sister makes the most delicious roasted beets. She'll make a pan before Christmas and I'll have roasted beets for breakfast for several days. Starts the day off right and then it's down hill from there.

Like you, the first morning after eating beets is unsettling.

My mother's famous for her Harvard Beets. Way too sweet for me.
