Well, I would say exhibit #1 is that they lost

They gave up 14 points in what...6 minutes? After holding the Patriots to 10 points for most of the game, the Jacksonville defense just seemed to collapse under the pressure at the end. And their offense couldn't convert first downs near the end to keep the ball out of Brady's hands. So, I'd say they folded.
